Common Questions

What licence do I need for the Vespa?

You'll need a full A2 or A motorcycle licence for the Vespa GTS 300. A CBT alone isn't enough as it only covers up to 125cc. If you hold a full car licence issued before 2001, you may have automatic moped entitlement — give us a call and we'll check.

Is insurance included?

Yes. All our vehicles are fully insured for the hire period. We take a refundable security deposit to cover any excess in the event of damage or a claim.

What's the minimum hire period?

One day. We also offer weekend, weekly, and monthly rates. Give us a ring and we'll put together the best price for your dates.

How old do I have to be?

You must be at least 21 with a full, clean driving licence held for a minimum of one year. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a small young driver surcharge.

Can you deliver the vehicle to me?

We offer free collection and drop-off within Falmouth. We can also arrange pickup from Truro station, Newquay Airport, or your holiday accommodation for a small fee.

What happens if I break down?

All our vehicles come with breakdown cover. If you have any issues, call us first and we'll sort it — whether that's roadside assistance or a replacement vehicle.
